I'm quite disappointed with how the Front office staff acted towards the WiFi password I've asked. I asked them at the phone first, and they gave me the password. I repeated what the staff said and she said yes, but it didn't work on my phone so I called again. They told me to try again, and I did (again). "incorrect password" keeps showing up. I called for the last time, they told me they WILL CALL ME. But no one did. except when they offered us dinner and breakfast. I'm 19 years old, maybe this is why I think. (I THINK) that made them give me such kind of treatment seeing that I'm a young lady.
The morning after, I came down to check the password posted on a box or something. I tried it again and failed to connect again. My friend was able to connect but it was too slow to do anything at all that she gave up and disconnected. I suggest, please fix the matter with the Wifi and those staffs to be more professional, people wouldn't wanna go check in with the staffs staring all over us. But I'd say, they're friendly. Also, please tell the staffs to always ask for the room type they're goona avail because without a word, the staff gave us a Price right after we told him we'll stay for a day. We were about to avail a Standard room but since he already gave us a VIP room, we had no choice because the other staff told us we can't change rooms (cheaper type) already.
I hope you can make way fix this matter. Lastly, I suggest a kind of registration for a regular costumers (because I am) at least twice a month I stay in Nice.
Additional info: October 21-22 when that wifi issue & everthing happened.

Good day Ms. DNM, we are very thankful for giving us a feedback on this matter in particular with our staffs and our additional amenities (WiFi). I just want to ask a favor if you still remember the room number you stay and at least what time you check in on the said date for me to trace back the staffs involved in this case. Rest assured us that we will take the necessary action on this as soon as possible. I’ll get back to you for update. Thank you very much.

There~ I made an account Hope to hear from you soon, Admin ^__^ Tingn ko madami gumagamit ng wifi, bka ung router ng nice limit lang pde makagamit kht nasasagap mu sya pero d ka makapasok sa wifi nila kht tama ung password ^^ just sayin. And sana sa iba kana lang nag check in kung gsto mu mala professional talaga mga staff like 5 star hotels? Kung sa cheaper hotel ka malamang asahan mu talaga na ganun lang level na kaya nila kasi ganun lang dn kcheap bayad saknla. Get it?

i check in there before but all the staff is not worth of effort and frankly speaking nice hotel did not know that there employee need to rest the management always set a meeting with any purpose i will tell to DOLE about that i am disappointed i talk to your employee regarding there demand if you what i can close you hotel in a blink of eye don't even estimate me.............. your room doesn't have remote control on tv at standard room b'cos there is no available at that time.................. next time set a meeting that your employee be sure that your employee no work at night that is the stupid thing set a meeting with non seance............... hope your reply sir darrly m.viray
